From learning to doing

Support for the moments that matter.

Client conversations

Prepare for buyer and seller appointments, ask useful questions and explain the process clearly. Work on follow-up and the conversations that turn relationships into opportunities.

Transaction confidence

Learn the sequence from consultation to closing: paperwork, offers, deadlines and coordination. Know when to ask your mentor, broker, lender or attorney for guidance.

A workable business rhythm

Set priorities, practice the skills you need and choose consistent activities that fit your available time. Review progress and adjust your next steps.

Who this is for

You don’t need to have every answer.

You may be newly licensed, preparing for your first client appointment or looking for more structure in your business. You may also be balancing real estate with another job and need to think through your available hours.

Start with a conversation about your goals, current brokerage affiliation and the support you’re looking for. Mary will explain which mentorship or coaching options may fit, including eligibility, expectations and costs.

Start with the real question.

“What do I say at the appointment?”
“What needs to happen after an accepted offer?”
“How do I create a routine I can follow?”

Those are useful starting points. Tell Mary what you’re working on and where you need direction.

Before we connect

Questions about mentorship.

How is mentorship different from licensing education?

Licensing education prepares you for the state licensing process. Mentorship helps you apply skills in your business and work through practical questions within the agreed relationship.

Can I ask about support if I’m already at another brokerage?

Yes. Tell Mary where you are affiliated and what help you want. Availability and eligibility depend on the specific program; transaction supervision remains with your brokerage and its designated professionals.

What does mentorship cost?

Costs and arrangements depend on the program and your situation. Mary will explain the applicable fees or commission arrangements, expectations and terms before you decide.

Can this work if I have another job?

Start by discussing your schedule and client availability. Mary can help you think through a realistic learning and activity plan, along with the support needed for time-sensitive transactions.

Where do current participants find their resources?

Current market center agents should use the office Coaching Hub link provided by Mary. Private mentorship resources require the appropriate access. Contact Mary if you need the right participant link.
